The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant is responsible for sorting/importing/distributing mail, employee expenses and statements. The purpose of this position is to support the Accounts Payable function administrative tasks. Essential Functions Receive sort, import and distribute mail, employee expenses and statements to appropriate shared drive sourcesManage Daily Emergency Check ProcessMaintain Emergency Check Log for Exception ReportingReceive and process employee expenses and distribute to AP Coordinatorsmaintain log of all check registersAudit and post WinnSouth AP batchesAssist Vendor Relations Liaison with Vendor Relations workflowLog and track returned checks
Manage IRS Levy Notices and CP2100 Notice Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred1 year accounts payable experience of business experienceProficient in MS Office; Previous Yardi/PayScan experience is a plusStrong analytical and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
