Pay rate: 15/hr.
Work Hours: 8am:5pm

Job Title: Sales Support
:Sales Support Job Description: This Sales Support position has the responsibility of order entry, providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, providing data and guides to help the sales team, developing and monitoring performance indicators, support internal communications between departments, and to work with the sales team and other departments towards the companys expansion goals and objectives. This role requires creating sales presentations, sales reports, and providing market trends/details as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Provide data and guides to help the sales team
Develop and monitor performance indicators
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
Keep record of sales trends
Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
Stay up:to:date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Suggest sales process improvements
Working with sales and management on development of marketing materials and communications media to symbolize effectively the services and products of the company to customers.
Developing and coordinating the designing of communications such as email blasts, presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, letters, point of purchase displays, video demonstrations and brochures.
Supporting new product launch strategies and product positioning.
Planning and participating at trade shows and events.
Order Entry: Fresh and Frozen
Product specification sheets
Travel Coordination: as necessary
: Sales Reporting: Generating Sales Reports weekly or as needed

Skills and Specifications
Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
In:depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Teamwork and motivational skills
Strong work ethic; commitment to accuracy and excellence

An independent worker who is self:motivated, but also can work on a team

Self:confident and outgoing personality.

Ability to balance numerous priorities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Ability to work in a close small business environment and interact with senior level management.

Education and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing or communications preferred.
Minimum 3:5 years marketing experience preferably in the Food Industry.
