Summary
OCI Software is seeking a hard:working superstar for its exciting, growing operation As a Customer Support Specialist and Implementation Manager, OCIs new hire will enhance the clients overall experience through his/her participation in two important areas of the operations:
providing excellent product support
managing customer deployment projects

Qualifications
A candidate will be REQUIRED to:
be legally able to work in the US
pass a criminal background check
provide professional references
work on:site at OCI Softwares Fall River (MA) offices : M:F, 8a:5p
possess an Associates degree or greater
have 3+ years experience in a customer relations/support role involving technology
possess meticulous English language communication skills : both verbal and written
be able to quickly learn to deploy, manage, and support the AmbuPro product suite
be highly organized, accurate, and diligent
be an energetic, positive, independent self:starter
be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

A successful candidate will be PREFERRED to:
have 5+ years experience in a project management, customer support, and/or IT role
possess a Bachelors degree or greater
have experience with computer systems and networks
have 5+ years experience within the healthcare
(EMS/hospital/etc.) industry
have 5+ years experience within the technology (software/IT/etc.) industry
be able to accurately type at a rate of 40+ WPM

Description and Responsibilities
For customer support, tasks include but are not limited to:
build product knowledge through training, shadowing and exposure, and self:guidance
rapidly gain proficiency with internal software tools
respond to customer support requests in accordance with company protocols
reproduce, troubleshoot, and provide
resolution/workaround for software:related issues
work closely with support team members for proper, unified case resolution
escalate support cases to engineering staff when appropriate
consult with customers regarding proper/recommended use of the software
accurately document support cases and customer engagements
guide and provide input regarding support processes and procedures

For implementation management, tasks include but are not limited to:
manage new customer deployment projects, including customer configuration assistance
coordinate and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure all software products and services are delivered accurately and timely
organize and document projects in detail to ensure transparency
guide and provide input regarding implementation processes and procedures
manage existing customer legacy to next:gen migration projects

Compensation Information
salary up to 55,000 per year (dependent upon skill set and experience)
paid vacation and sick time
